ABOUT: BIO

I find the blend of technique and creativity fascinating, sometimes frustrating, other times rewarding but always very therapeutic.

After pointing my camera at almost anything in my first years of learning photography, nature and landscape photography has emerged as my favorite genre.

I am largely self-taught through the study of various professional photographers, but have also completed a range of different photo courses taught by some of the best professional photographers around today including Tony Sweet, William Neill, Brenda Tharp and Bryan F. Peterson.

I always try to capture a simple perspective in my images and particularly enjoy exploring the elements of design, balance and composition in my photography.
