Ellebo

Ballerup Ejendomsselskaber has successfully completed the “Ellebo” project, a densification initiative that increases building coverage from approximately 60% to around 90%.

The project contributes to Ballerup Municipality’s sustainability plans. All homes are Nordic Swan Ecolabelled, ensuring high standards for indoor climate and sustainability.

Additional green features include rooftop solar panels and energy-efficient ventilation with heat recovery.
