Sømmes Vænge

In the small village of Gundsømagle you will find 63 new wooden homes, ready for move-in.

The project features a new building system called CARPENT, developed in partnership between Adserballe & Knudsen, BRAV and ODICO. This innovative system integrates parametric design, robotics, and carpentry to reduce costs and material use, while boosting productivity and design flexibility.

The project at Sømmes Vænge features modern, energy-efficient house clad in thermowood from Keflico.
